Touch is an unusual kind of language, because there is no subject, no object. It�s a verb, a state of being, without any real context. It�s like writing. You can say anything you want to say, voice anything you feel, and still be fairly sure that the other person doesn�t really know what you are thinking. They�re sure to spin it somehow, color what they see with their own set of filters. You can tell your story sideways, so it gets out, so you feel better, but your secrets stay entirely safe.

Touch is a particularly efficient way to hide.
