Spent all of last night doing the budget for my needing a new car, and noticing that despite a raise, buying a car will mean that I won't buy anything else for the next three years. Not even toothpaste.

Spent this morning looking up various things about various shiny new options. The more I look, the less I want the car I ought to get. I fear mother will be disappointed.

Spent all day labeling manila tabs and filing things. Lots of things. And tonight is shopping for stain remover and other random household stuff, then putting said household stuff to use, so I do not forsee a real entry today.

And the students come back in three weeks.
