If a friend of yours is ever what-ifing about old crushes or dates or friend-boys she lost track of, and you happen to still be friends with these former parts of her life, to the point where you are tempted to fill her in on how they really did want her or like her or love her, that they still think of her, and that it was only blind chance that prevented a beautiful thing, please, please restrain yourself.
