At the beginning of last week, I moved the grocery bag of Easter chocolate from my boss' house out of my office and stopped buying hostess cream cakes for lunch. I haven't changed anything else about my eating or exercise habits in that time, not one single thing.

And in that time, I've lost three and a half pounds. Oh chocolate, how I will miss thee...

...as I slip into that cute little bikini.
